Compact Region-Free DVD Player

The Wxjwyt DVD-003 is a lightweight standard-edition player that fits into tight entertainment spaces. It plays discs from every DVD region and handles both PAL and NTSC formats without restriction. The unit includes an HDMI cable, an RCA AV cable and a full-size remote so it works straight out of the box. Buyers who need Blu-ray playback should look elsewhere.

1080p HDMI Upscaling Limits

The player upscales standard DVDs to 1080p over its single HDMI output using progressive-scan processing. Coaxial digital audio is available for external sound systems, though the coaxial cable is not supplied. USB playback is limited to MP3, WMA and JPEG files on FAT32 flash drives up to 128 GB. No streaming apps, network features or high-resolution audio formats are supported.

Check TV Inputs and Disc Library

Verify that your display has either an HDMI port or composite RCA inputs before ordering. Ensure the discs you intend to play are DVD, VCD, CD or recordable DVD/CD media — Blu-ray discs will not load. Confirm any USB media uses the FAT32 file system and does not exceed the 128 GB capacity limit. The player draws minimal power and ships ready for immediate connection.
