Waterless Cleaning Wipes Refill

WypAll KCC91367CT delivers 450 pre-saturated wipes per case, organised as six refill packs of 75 sheets each. The alcohol-free citrus formula cuts through grease, oil, glue and paint on hands, tools and non-porous surfaces. Dual-textured fabric provides a scrubby side for heavy soil and a smooth side for final wiping. Green colour coding identifies the product in busy work areas.

Replaces liquid solvents and rags

The waterless design eliminates the need for buckets, rinse water and separate degreasers on the shop floor. Switching is worthwhile when crews need fast changeovers between tasks and want to reduce solvent vapour exposure. The refill bags fit existing dispensers, so the jump makes sense only if a compatible bucket or canister system is already in place. Buyers who need a self-contained canister should look elsewhere.

Refill-bag installation

Each 75-count bag drops into a standard WypAll bucket or canister without tools; simply open the seal and thread the first wipe through the dispenser lid. Common issues include forgetting to reseal the bag between shifts, which dries out the remaining sheets, and overstuffing the container so the wipes tear on withdrawal. The 9.5 by 12 inch sheet size matches the original spec, so no adapter is required.

Questions about this item

What size bucket or dispenser fits the 9.5 x 12 inch refill wipes?

The refill bags contain 75 sheets measuring 9.5 by 12 inches, designed to fit standard WypAll bucket dispensers for waterless cleaning systems.

How do I load the refill pack into a bucket dispenser without drying out the wipes?

Open the refill bag, place the stack into the bucket, pull the centre sheet through the lid opening, and reseal the lid immediately to keep the citrus formula saturated.

When should I replace the refill pack in a high-use workshop?

Each pack holds 75 pre-saturated sheets; replace it when the wipes no longer feel wet or when grease, oil, and tar are no longer lifting from hands and tools.
