Adjustable Wrist Exerciser

The x-Mark FFS-AWS-101 is a forearm strengthener built for controlled grip training. It weighs .4 kg and uses an adjustable tension system to vary resistance. The compact black unit targets flexor and extensor muscles in the wrist and fingers. It fits both general fitness and rehabilitation routines.

Users seeking variable resistance

This tool suits anyone who wants a portable device for progressive hand and wrist strengthening. It supports warm-ups, accessory work and focused grip sessions at home or while travelling. Buyers who need fixed heavy loads or a full arm workout station should look elsewhere. The single-handle design limits bilateral training options.

Adjustable tension mechanism

Resistance is changed through the built-in variable system so you can increase load as strength improves. This single specification decides whether the tool matches a progressive overload plan. No other mechanism or fixed-weight option is included in this model.
