Standalone Smoke and CO Alarm

The X-Sense SC01 is a standalone combination detector that protects against both smoke and carbon monoxide in a single unit. It operates on a sealed 10-year lithium battery and requires no wiring or base station. Installation uses the included mounting bracket with screws and anchor plugs. This model does not support wireless interconnection or Wi-Fi connectivity.

10-Year Sealed Battery Life

A built-in lithium cell powers the alarm for its full 10-year service life without battery changes. The upgraded photoelectric and electrochemical sensors provide faster response while reducing false alarms. When the decade ends, the entire unit must be replaced as the battery is not user-replaceable. It meets UL 217 and UL 2034 safety standards.

85 dB Alarm Output

In normal operation the device draws minimal power from its sealed cell and remains silent until triggered. When smoke or carbon monoxide reaches dangerous levels it sounds an 85 dB alarm. The 5.7 in diameter by 2.0 in deep housing mounts flush to ceilings or walls. No ongoing power consumption or wiring maintenance is required.
