Xcluder Rodent Control Fill Fabric Large DIY Kit Stainless Steel Wool

Permanent Rodent Barrier

Xcluder Rodent-Proof Fill Fabric forms a physical seal that mice and rats cannot gnaw through. The stainless steel and poly fiber blend resists rust and degradation, so the barrier remains effective indefinitely. The large DIY kit supplies a four-inch by five-foot roll plus shears and work gloves for immediate installation. No chemicals or pesticides are required to block entry points.

Installation Practicalities

The fabric must be cut and pressed into gaps, holes or openings by hand, so access to each entry point is essential. Shears in the kit trim the material to length, but very narrow or deep voids may be difficult to fill completely. The product stops rodents but does not eliminate an existing infestation; traps or bait are still needed inside. Gloves protect hands from the coarse steel wool during handling.

Stainless Steel Construction

The fill fabric is made from coarse stainless steel wool interwoven with poly fibers, creating a permanent, rust-proof pest barrier. This material composition is the single specification that determines whether the product suits the intended sealing job. Tested by the USDA APHIS Lab, it blocks rodents and insects without relying on harmful chemicals. Buyers who need a chemical deterrent or a sprayable sealant will not be served by this mechanical barrier.
