Monochrome LED printer for office workgroups

The Xerox VersaLink B620/DN is a desktop monochrome LED printer built for high-volume black-and-white output. It prints at 65 ppm with a first page out in 4 seconds and a 300,000-page monthly duty cycle. Standard paper capacity is 650 sheets split between a 550-sheet tray and a 100-sheet bypass tray. Automatic duplexing and a 5-inch colour touchscreen come as standard.

Connectivity and media fit

The printer suits teams that need fast mono documents on plain paper with flexible network access. It offers USB 2.0, Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi Direct and NFC for mobile printing. Buyers who need colour output, photo-quality media handling or larger paper formats should consider other models.

Black toner yield decides fit

The supplied black cartridge yields 10,000 pages, setting the baseline cost per page for high-volume mono printing. If your monthly volume regularly exceeds this yield, factor in replacement frequency before purchase.
