What this product is

The Xerox C235/DNI is a 4-in-1 colour laser multifunction printer built for small offices and remote workers who need print, copy, scan and fax in one compact device. It produces colour output at up to 24 ppm with a 600 x 600 dpi resolution and a first page out time of 11 seconds. Automatic duplex printing and a 30,000 page monthly duty cycle support regular document workloads.

Installation and common issues

Xerox Smart Start software automates driver installation so no IT intervention is required. Wi-Fi setup connects the printer to a home or business network quickly. USB 2.0 and LAN ports provide wired alternatives. The standard input tray holds 40 sheets and the output tray holds 120 sheets, so frequent reloading may be needed for larger jobs.

The specification that decides fit

The 33.6 kbps Super G3 fax modem determines whether this unit meets your analogue fax requirements. If your workflow depends on faster fax transmission or internet fax protocols, this modem speed will not match that need.
