Xerox C325 Colour Laser All-in-One

The Xerox C325 is a colour all-in-one laser printer built for small offices and workgroups. It prints, copies, scans, faxes and emails from a single device. Output reaches 35 pages per minute on Letter and 33 ppm on A4 at 1200 by 1200 dpi resolution. Built-in Wi-Fi, AirPrint, Mopria and Wi-Fi Direct allow printing from phones, tablets and laptops without a wired network. The unit contains over 30 percent post-consumer recycled plastic and meets EPEAT and ENERGY STAR standards.

Suited to teams needing colour output

This model fits environments that want fast colour documents and a duplex automatic document feeder for multi-page jobs. Authentication and encryption features protect sensitive data. Buyers who require a mono-only device or a printer without fax and email capability should consider a different configuration. The touchscreen and Easy Assist app simplify set-up and daily management for non-technical users.

Print speed up to 35 ppm Letter and 33 ppm A4

The rated engine speed of 35 ppm Letter and 33 ppm A4 determines whether the C325 matches your volume expectations. Colour documents at 1200 by 1200 dpi deliver crisp text and vibrant graphics at that rate. If your workload demands significantly higher throughput, a faster engine class would be necessary.

Questions about this item

Will the 35 ppm Xerox C325 keep pace with my older 20 ppm network printer when both are on the same Wi-Fi?

The C325 prints up to 35 ppm Letter and 33 ppm A4, so it will outrun a 20 ppm device; both connect via built-in Wi-Fi, AirPrint, Mopria and Wi-Fi Direct.

How can I verify the 1200 x 1200 dpi resolution is active after the Easy Assist setup?

Print a test page from the touchscreen; crisp text and vibrant colour at the rated resolution confirm the engine is operating correctly.

Does the box include starter toner cartridges or must I buy all four colours separately?

The printer ships with starter toner; replacement cartridges are purchased separately through the Green World Alliance return programme.
