Business colour laser for high-volume workgroups

The Xerox Phaser 6700N delivers 47 pages per minute in both colour and mono, making it suited to offices that need fast, consistent output. A 1.25 GHz processor with 1 GB memory manages complex print queues without slowing the device. True Adobe PostScript 3 support ensures accurate colour reproduction on business-critical documents. The 2400 x 1200 dpi resolution produces sharp text and detailed graphics on plain paper.

Teams needing walk-up simplicity

The 4.3-inch colour touch-screen and embedded help videos let any user operate the printer without IT assistance. Print Around keeps jobs moving when a document stalls in the queue. FIPS 140-2 validated 256-bit encryption protects data on the network. Gigabit Ethernet and USB 2.0 provide flexible connectivity for shared environments. Buyers who require wireless or mobile printing protocols not listed here should consider other models.

700-sheet standard capacity with multipurpose tray

The printer ships with a 550-sheet main tray plus a 150-sheet multipurpose tray for 700 sheets total input. This capacity supports long runs without frequent reloads. A monthly duty cycle of 120000 pages confirms durability for heavy workloads. The unit is sold without toner, image drums, drivers or user guides, so those items must be sourced separately before deployment.

Questions about this item

What is the monthly duty cycle before wear becomes a concern?

The printer is rated for a 120000-page monthly duty cycle, indicating the volume it can sustain before component wear accelerates.

How much power does the 1.25 GHz processor and 1 GB memory draw during continuous all-day operation?

The 1.25 GHz processor and 1 GB system memory handle complex job streams continuously, while 10/100/1000Base-T Ethernet and USB 2.0 maintain connectivity.

Which toner cartridges and imaging drums must be purchased separately before the printer can produce output?

The package explicitly excludes toner and image drum units, so both consumables must be sourced and installed before the device can print.
