Business monochrome laser printer

The Xerox VersaLink B600/DN is a new monochrome laser printer built for business environments that need fast, secure document output. It delivers up to 58 pages per minute in black and white with a first-page-out time as fast as 6.3 seconds. A 5-inch capacitive touchscreen provides tablet-like gesture navigation and can be personalised for each user. The device supports direct access to cloud services such as Dropbox, Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive from the control panel.

Speed and capacity for departmental work

Rated at 58 ppm letter, the engine comfortably handles high-volume daily print runs for workgroups and departments. The 6.3-second first-print-out time keeps short jobs moving without long warm-up delays. Cloud-hosted services and the Xerox App Gallery extend functionality for scanning, workflow automation and mobile printing. Multi-level security protects documents and data across all points of vulnerability to meet regulatory compliance requirements.

ConnectKey ecosystem and interface limits

Xerox ConnectKey technology ties the printer into a broader productivity ecosystem with pre-loaded, cloud-hosted services accessible from the tiltable touchscreen. Concurrent wired and wireless connections allow users to print from multiple device types without reconfiguration. The 5-inch capacitive UI is the primary control point; advanced administration or heavy customisation may require the embedded web server or IT management tools rather than the panel alone.

Questions about this item

Will the 58 ppm print speed saturate my existing Gigabit Ethernet switch?

The printer supports concurrent wired and wireless connections, so it will run at line speed on a standard Gigabit network without requiring a switch upgrade.

How can I confirm the 6.3 second first-print-out time is being met after installation?

Send a single-page test job from the 5-inch capacitive touchscreen; the page should appear in the output tray within the rated 6.3 seconds.

Does the box include the Xerox App Gallery licence or must I purchase it separately?

The App Gallery is accessed directly from the touchscreen interface and is included with the ConnectKey platform; no separate licence purchase is required.
