XGWTH XG-1730C Headworn Condenser Microphone Mini XLR TA3F 1.2m

Headworn condenser microphone

The XGWTH XG-1730C is a beige over-ear headworn condenser microphone with an omnidirectional capsule and a 1.2 m cable ending in a Mini XLR 3-pin TA3F plug. It is built for presenters, broadcasters, lecturers, musicians and performers who need hands-free operation with minimum visibility and long-wear comfort.

Replaces handheld or desk mics

Swapping a handheld or desk microphone for this headworn model frees both hands and keeps the capsule at a fixed distance from the mouth, giving consistent level and zero handling noise. The jump is worth it when you move around a stage, podium or set and need stable, delay-free audio without managing a stand or cable.

100 Hz – 20 kHz response, -32 dB sensitivity

The 4.0 mm capsule delivers a 100 Hz to 20 kHz frequency range with -32 dB ±2 dB sensitivity and 68 dB signal-to-noise ratio, handling speech and vocals cleanly at typical stage or broadcast levels. It runs out when extreme SPL sources overload the 2.2 kΩ output impedance or when the 2.0–10 V DC bias voltage is not supplied by the compatible AKG or Samson bodypack transmitter.
