Dual-Screen Framing for Beginners

The Xilecam HC09 is a 1080p action camera built around a 2.0" front screen and a 1.3" rear screen. This layout lets newcomers frame selfies on the front display while checking settings on the back. Three buttons and a simple menu keep the learning curve flat for casual users and kids.

Storage and Battery Headroom

A supplied 32GB microSD card holds hours of 1080p AVI footage before it loops or needs offloading. Two 1350mAh batteries each deliver up to 180 minutes of continuous recording; swapping them extends a day of cycling, skiing or family events without a charger.

USB 2.0 Transfer and Rain Limits

Video and power move over a USB 2.0 connection, so offloading large files to a computer is slower than modern interfaces. The body is rated IP67 for rain and splash protection only; it must not be used for diving, underwater photography or sustained submersion.

Questions about this item

Will the USB 2.0 port on the Xilecam HC09 work with my older laptop that only has USB 2.0 sockets?

Yes, the camera connects through a standard USB 2.0 interface, so it will communicate with any USB 2.0 or newer port on an older computer.

How can I confirm the dual screens are functioning correctly after I power on the HC09?

The 2.0" front screen should show the live view for selfies and the 1.3" rear screen should display menus and playback; if both light up and respond to the three buttons, the displays are working.

Does the box include a Micro SD card and batteries, or do I need to buy them separately?

A 32GB Micro SD card and two 1350mAh batteries are supplied, so you can record immediately without extra purchases.
