Slide-out keyboard tray

The XINLEI 1131 is a slide-out keyboard and mouse platform that mounts beneath a desk. It provides a 25.6 by 11.8 inch work surface with a total installed width of 30 inches including the clamps. The tray glides on metal rails and includes a rear baffle to keep peripherals from sliding off.

Who this suits and who it does not

This tray suits users who want to reclaim desk surface area and type at a lower, ergonomic height. It fits desktops up to 1.63 inches thick when using the C-clamps; thicker tops reduce the available knee clearance below the 4.45 inch total height. Buyers with glass tops or desks exceeding that thickness should use the screw-mount option instead.

Mounting clearance and method

Two installation methods are supplied: C-clamp or direct screw mounting. The clamp method requires a 1.63 inch maximum desk thickness and leaves 2.4 inches of vertical clearance beneath the tray. The screw method accommodates thicker desks and offers a flush surface but requires drilling pilot holes in the desktop.
