XKX XKX116A Monitor Speaker

The XKX XKX116A is a compact monitor speaker designed for desktop PCs, laptops and tablets. It delivers 8 watts of total power from dual ultra-magnetic drivers and dual passive radiators. The unit suits users who want a space-saving audio upgrade that clamps directly to a display or stands on a desk.

Spring Clamp Mount and USB-C Adapter

A sturdy spring clamp with non-slip pads secures the speaker to the top, bottom or sides of a monitor measuring 2.83 in x 9.17 in x 2.13 in. A built-in USB-C to USB adapter extends compatibility to devices that only offer USB-C ports. The 5.0 ft cable provides flexible placement without extra adapters.

Auto Channel Switching and Volume Sync

An integrated G-sensor automatically swaps left and right channels when the speaker is flipped between top and bottom mounting positions. The rotary encoder knob synchronises with the host system volume for direct control. Buyers should verify their device supplies sufficient USB power for the 8 watt rating and that the clamp opening fits their monitor bezel thickness.

Questions about this item

Does the USB-C adapter support audio and power over a single USB-C port?

The included USB-C to USB adapter lets the speaker draw both audio and power from one USB-C port on laptops, tablets or phones that only have USB-C.

What monitor thickness range does the spring clamp accept?

The clamp fits monitors from roughly 0 to 1.6 inches thick and can attach to the top, bottom or side edges.

How do I make the left and right channels stay correct when I flip the speaker?

The built-in G-sensor detects orientation and automatically swaps channels so left and right remain correct whether the bar is clamped on top or underneath.
