XKX XKX125B 2.0 USB Soundbar 10W

The XKX XKX125B is a compact 2.0 stereo soundbar designed for desktop and laptop users who want louder, clearer audio without a separate subwoofer. It draws power and audio over a single USB connection, making it a simple upgrade for built-in speakers. The 10 W total output suits music, video calls and casual gaming at close range.

Black 15-inch bar with rotary encoder and USB-C

The slender black enclosure measures 2.51 in high, 15.0 in wide and 2.88 in deep, weighing 0.839 kg, so it fits neatly under most monitors. Dual 2-inch full-range drivers and bass-boosting ports are built into the single-piece cabinet. A tactile rotary encoder knob controls system volume directly, and a supplied USB-C adapter lets the native USB plug work with modern laptops and tablets.

USB audio limits: no surround.

Because the speaker uses standard USB audio class, it is restricted to two-channel stereo and the 5 V bus power limits peak output to the rated 10 W. There is no analogue input, Bluetooth or digital surround decoding, so users needing multi-channel sound, higher SPL or wireless streaming will need a different solution.

Questions about this item

What does the USB interface deliver to the 2.0 soundbar?

The USB connection carries both power and audio, so the 10-watt speaker runs from a single 5-volt port without a separate adapter.

How much desk space does the 15.0-inch bar need?

It measures 15.0 inches wide, 2.51 inches deep and 2.88 inches high, weighing 0.839 kilograms.

How do you set it up and what step is often missed?

Plug the USB-C connector into the computer, then turn the rotary encoder knob; the knob syncs with system volume so you must adjust it on the speaker, not only in software.
