Interlocking EVA Foam Tiles

This set of 12 interlocking EVA foam tiles provides 48 square feet of reversible flooring. Each tile measures 24 by 24 inches and is one inch thick. The lightweight puzzle pieces connect and disassemble quickly for storage or transport. The water-resistant surface wipes clean and dampens noise during workouts.

Upgrade from Thin Mats

The one-inch thickness replaces thinner puzzle mats that compress under high-impact exercise. The jump is worth it when floor protection and joint cushioning matter more than minimal floor height increase. Steel-pattern traction on both sides adds grip that smooth-surfaced mats lack. The reversible design doubles the usable surface before wear shows.

Indoor-Only Foam Limits

The EVA foam is rated for indoor use only and will degrade if left outdoors. Excessive static weight can leave permanent indents in the tiles. The proprietary interlocking system is not guaranteed to connect with other brands. A slight new-material scent may be present and requires airing out before first use.

Questions about this item

How much floor space do the twelve 24" x 24" tiles cover?

The twelve tiles each measure 24 inches by 24 inches and together cover 48 square feet of floor space.

Do the interlocking edges stay locked during high-impact exercise, or do they need taping?

The puzzle-style edges lock together, but the manufacturer notes they can shift under heavy use; a wall-to-wall layout or carpet tape is recommended to prevent slipping.

How should the mats be cleaned and what wears out first?

The water-resistant EVA foam wipes clean with a damp cloth; the reversible steel-pattern surface provides traction on both sides, extending life before the foam compresses permanently.
