Pre-inked message dater stamp

The Xstamper 52111 is a pre-inked VersaDater that prints month, day and year plus the words FAX'D, PAID or REC'D. Its patented cellular inking process gives clean, consistent impressions without a separate pad. The unit is made with a high percentage of recycled material and comes ready to use in red ink.

Office staff needing fixed message options

This stamp suits clerks and administrators who repeatedly mark documents with standard status words alongside the date. It is not for users who need custom text, a different ink colour or a larger impression area than the fixed format provides.

1 inch by 0.16 inch impression size

The single specification that decides fit is the impression measuring 1" wide by .16" high. If your forms require a wider or taller mark, this dater will not match the layout.

Questions about this item

Does this stamp need a separate ink pad to work?

No, the 52111 comes pre-inked so it is ready to use without an additional pad.

Can I still use the year band after the eight-year cycle ends?

The eight-year band prints month, day and year; after it expires you can replace the band to continue dating.

How do I know the patented cellular inking process is working correctly?

A correct impression shows crisp red text for the date and the FAX'D, PAID or REC'D messages at the 1" by .16" size.
