Optical fiber amplifier for signal testing

The YAMATAKE HPX-EG00-1S-004 is an optical fiber amplifier built for test and measurement tasks. It arrives new in a single-unit box with a red finish. The device is categorised as electrician test equipment for professional use.

Suited for fiber link validation.

Technicians verifying signal levels on fiber runs will find this amplifier appropriate. It is not intended for builders who need a permanent inline amplifier for network deployment. Buyers requiring multi-channel or rack-mount test gear should look at other equipment.

Three-year parts coverage included

The unit carries a three-year parts and one-year labor warranty from the manufacturer. This coverage term is the key specification for maintenance planning and long-term ownership cost. Verify that the support period matches your project requirements before purchase.
