Vehicle Fit and Purpose

The YanTech 49 inch amber light bar mounts on tow trucks, plough trucks and wreckers using adjustable brackets that require no roof drilling. Eighty-six one-watt LEDs deliver forward warning, take-down illumination, left and right cargo lighting, plus red brake, tail and turn-signal functions from a single low-profile housing.

Electrical Integration

A 19-wire harness carries power and control signals to an included display control box; cargo and take-down modes are triggered by the alley-light buttons on that box. Eleven feet of cable is supplied and can be extended with user-sourced wire, while the separate brake, tail and turn wires connect directly to the vehicle lighting circuits.

Output Capacity and Limits

Thirty front flash patterns and three rear traffic-director patterns provide configurable warning sequences, while take-down and cargo LEDs operate in steady, alternating or simultaneous flash modes. Dual-board aluminium construction rated IP67 resists dust and moisture, and the LEDs are rated for 100000 hours of service. Builders needing white forward-facing scene lights or a shorter bar for tighter roof lines will need a different model.
