Cord Cover Kit for 157 Inch Runs

The YCLYC kit provides 157 inches of PVC raceway in ten 15.7 inch sections. It is designed for homeowners or renters who need to conceal a single thick cord or a power cord plus a data cable along a wall. The self-adhesive backing allows installation without tools or drilling.

Included Connectors and Tape Expand Routing Options

Five couplings, two flat elbows, one T-connector, one inside elbow and one outside elbow let the raceway follow corners, branches and direction changes. Two rolls of adhesive tape are supplied so the channels can be secured to dry, dust-free surfaces before the snap-on covers are fitted.

Interior Height Limits Cable Choice to 0.31 Inch

The internal channel measures 0.7 inch wide by 0.31 inch high, so any cable with a diameter larger than 0.31 inch will not fit. Buyers who need to hide thicker bundles or multiple large cables must choose a larger raceway system.

Questions about this item

Will the adhesive tape need replacing if the cover is removed for rewiring?

The kit includes two rolls of strong adhesive tape for initial mounting; extra tape is not supplied, so plan the layout before sticking.

What cable thickness fits inside the 0.31-inch interior height?

The channel accepts one thick extension cord or one power cord plus one Cat5 wire, provided each cable stays under 0.31 inches (7.6 mm) in diameter.

Does the PVC raceway get warm or emit odour when cables run all day?

The material is flame-retardant PVC with no chemical smell; it does not generate heat itself, so temperature and odour remain unchanged during continuous use.
