Lightweight Bluetooth headset for Teams

The Yealink BH72-Lite is a cordless headset certified for Microsoft Teams. It connects through a USB-A dongle and uses Bluetooth for wireless freedom. The light-grey finish suits office and remote-work setups. Busylights on both earcups show availability at a glance.

Up to 40 hours battery with low heat

The headset runs up to 40 hours on a single charge during typical calls and music playback. Passive cooling keeps the earcups comfortable without audible fan noise. Power draw stays modest so the USB-A port supplies ample current. No active thermal management is required.

USB-A dongle and retractable mic arm

Plug the supplied USB-A adapter into any computer for instant Teams integration. The retractable microphone arm tucks away when not in use. Dual microphones with Acoustic Shield Technology reduce background sound. The design leaves desk space free and needs no extra charging base.

Questions about this item

How do I install the Yealink BH72-Lite headset and what step do users often miss?

Plug the USB-A dongle into the computer, pair the headset via Bluetooth, then select it as the default audio device in Microsoft Teams settings; the step often missed is setting it as the default in Teams rather than only in Windows sound control panel.

What maintenance or replacement will the Yealink BH72-Lite headset need later?

The built-in battery supports up to 40 hours of wireless use and will eventually hold less charge; when runtime drops noticeably the headset must be sent for professional battery replacement because the cell is not user-replaceable.

What limit appears first during sustained use of the Yealink BH72-Lite headset?

Continuous calls drain the battery toward the 40-hour rated limit; once depleted the headset stops working until recharged via the USB-A cable, so battery endurance is the first constraint under heavy daily use.
