Yealink WH62 Mono UC Headset

The Yealink WH62 Mono UC is a monaural DECT wireless headset built for professionals who spend long hours on calls. It connects via USB for plug-and-play operation with unified communications platforms and integrates directly with Yealink IP phones using the EHS60 adapter. This single-ear design keeps one ear open to the surrounding office environment.

Acoustic Shield and Busylight Features

Acoustic Shield Technology reduces background noise so the caller hears a clear voice signal. A built-in ringer alerts the wearer to incoming calls even when the headset is not on the head. The customizable busylight acts as a visual do-not-disturb indicator for colleagues. Multiple device connection lets the user switch between a softphone and a desk phone without re-pairing.

Upgrade from Wired Mono Headsets

This model replaces a tethered USB or RJ9 headset, removing the cable that limits movement during calls. The jump is worthwhile for users who need to walk to a printer, consult a colleague or retrieve a file while staying on a live conversation. It does not suit buyers who require stereo audio for multimedia editing or immersive gaming.
