Yealink WH62-DUAL-TEAMS dual-ear headset

The Yealink WH62-DUAL-TEAMS is a new dual-ear DECT wireless headset certified for Microsoft Teams. It targets professionals who need a dedicated UC device for clear calls and video conferencing. Yealink Acoustic Shield Technology and Super Wideband audio aim to deliver crystal sound for both talk and listen paths. On-ear controls provide quick access to call functions without reaching for a computer or phone.

Check UC platform and connection needs

Verify that your daily workflow relies on Microsoft Teams or Skype for Business for native integration. The base unit connects via two Micro-USB ports, so confirm your PC or Yealink IP phone has the required sockets available. A busylight indicator is supported on the base, which can signal availability to colleagues in open-plan offices. Ensure DECT wireless coverage suits the size and layout of your workspace before committing.

Fits into a UC desk setup

The wireless DECT link frees you from the desk during calls while the base stays connected to the host device. Dual Micro-USB connections allow simultaneous linking to a computer and a compatible Yealink IP phone for flexible device switching. The integrated ringer on the base ensures incoming calls are audible even when the headset is off your head. This configuration suits single-headset users who prioritise Microsoft Teams integration and on-ear control simplicity.

Questions about this item

Does the WH62-DUAL-TEAMS headset ship with both Micro-USB cables or must one be purchased separately?

The package includes the dual-ear headset, a DECT base station with ringer, and two Micro-USB connections for charging and PC link; no extra cables are required for basic operation.

What is the difference between the WH62 Dual and WH62 Mono versions listed for this model?

The Dual variant supplies two ear cups for stereo audio and passive noise isolation, while the Mono variant uses a single ear cup for situational awareness; both share the same DECT base and Microsoft Teams integration.

How does Yealink Acoustic Shield Technology affect call clarity on the WH62-DUAL-TEAMS in a noisy office?

The dual-microphone array analyses ambient sound and suppresses background noise so the far end hears only your voice, improving intelligibility during Teams calls without muting.
