Lightweight DECT headset for UC and desk-phone users

The Yealink WH63TEAMS is a 19g convertible DECT wireless headset built for phone and unified-communication work. It integrates natively with Yealink IP phones and works with major UC platforms so calls and video conferences stay clear without extra adapters.

Dual-microphone noise blocking with busylight

Yealink Acoustic Shield Technology uses two built-in microphones to suppress background sound while keeping the speaker’s voice clear. A busylight on the headset signals active calls to colleagues, reducing interruptions during conversations.

Single-cable desk-phone link and dual USB base

The base connects a desk phone directly with one USB cable and provides two Micro USB ports for simultaneous PC and phone pairing. This layout removes the need for separate EHS adapters and lets users switch between devices from the same headset.

Questions about this item

How do I install the WH63 base unit with a Yealink IP phone, and what step is often missed?

Connect the base to the IP phone using a single USB cable; the step often missed is ensuring the phone firmware supports native integration so the headset pairs automatically without an EHS adapter.

Which part of the WH63 will need replacement first with daily use?

The ear cushion and headband padding on the 19 g convertible headset wear out before the base unit, so plan to swap them periodically for comfort and hygiene.

What limits talk time on the WH63 during back-to-back calls?

The headset battery runs out first under sustained use; the base stays powered via USB so only the wireless earpiece needs recharging between long sessions.
