Dual-Connection Headset

This headset connects to compatible Yealink IP phones by USB and to a PC or smart device by 3.5 mm jack. It is built for professionals who need a single headset for desk-phone and soft-phone calls. Plug-and-play operation means no driver installation is required. Integrated LED indicators and a warning tone show call status at a glance.

Teams-Certified Communication

The headset suits users of Microsoft Teams who want a dedicated Teams button on a Yealink phone or PC. Buyers who need wireless freedom or a Bluetooth link to a mobile handset will not find that here. Anyone requiring a USB-C connection or active noise-cancelling speakers should consider other models.

330° Bendable Boom Arm

The microphone boom rotates through 330 degrees, allowing precise positioning without risk of snapping. This flexibility decides whether the headset fits your preferred wearing style and desk layout. If you need a fixed or shorter boom, this design will not match that requirement.

Questions about this item

Which Yealink IP phone models accept the YEA-UH36-DUAL-TEAMS headset via USB?

The headset connects by USB to T41S, T42S, T46S, T48S, T42U, T43U, T46U, T48U, T53, T53W, T54W, T57W, T58A and VP59 phones. T41S, T42S, T46S and T48S require firmware version 82 or higher.

What is the common setup mistake when plugging the headset into older T41S, T42S, T46S or T48S desk phones?

Users often forget to upgrade those models to firmware version 82 or higher before connecting the headset; without the update the USB link will not work.

Which part of the headset is most likely to need replacement after extended daily use?

The 330° bendable boom arm and the ear cushions are the wear items; the boom can fatigue after repeated repositioning and cushions compress over time.
