YEPLOOK

YEPLOOK 2×6 dBi IPEX MHF4 U.fl to RP-SMA Antenna Set

SKU CH-3TP0-AWAXS

Two external 6 dBi antennas with IPEX MHF4 to RP-SMA cables add Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac range to an M.2 card

  • Product type1394 CardBus
  • 6 dBi gain extends Wi‑Fi range for M.2 cards
  • Two antennas and two 25 cm cables provide flexible placement
  • 5 cm antenna length fits tight chassis spaces
  • Supports 802.11 b, g, n, ac networks for broad compatibility
  • IPEX MHF4 U.FL to RP‑SMA connectors match common M.2 Wi‑Fi cards

External Antenna Set for M.2 Wi-Fi Cards

This YEPLOOK antenna set connects directly to M.2 wireless modules using IPEX MHF4 U.FL connectors. It provides two external antennas for desktop or laptop upgrades where internal signal reception is weak. The kit suits builders adding Wi-Fi to a custom PC or replacing damaged antenna leads.

Passive Signal Path With No Power Draw

The antennas are passive components that add no thermal load, fan noise or electrical consumption to the system. Each antenna measures 19.5 cm in length and is rated at 6 dBi gain. The included 25 cm IPEX MHF4 U.FL cables route signals to the RP-SMA connectors without active circuitry.

Dual Antennas Enable MIMO on Supported Standards

The package supplies two antennas and two cables, allowing a compatible M.2 card to operate in a 2×2 MIMO configuration. Supported standards include 802.11 b, g, n and ac. The flexible antenna shafts can be positioned for optimal reception without requiring additional mounting hardware or software drivers.

Questions about this item

How do I connect the IPEX MHF4 U.fl cable to my M.2 Wi-Fi card without damaging the connector?

Align the tiny IPEX MHF4 plug with the card socket and press straight down until it clicks; forcing it at an angle bends the pins.

Will the 6 dBi antennas need periodic replacement or tuning?

The antennas are passive elements with no moving parts; they do not require scheduled replacement or tuning.

At what point does cable loss limit the 6 dBi gain during sustained high-throughput 802.11ac traffic?

The 25 cm IPEX MHF4 U.fl cables add minimal loss, so the 6 dBi gain remains effective for typical indoor 802.11ac links.
