Umbrella bracket for railings and walls

This two-piece bracket set mounts a patio umbrella to deck railings, balcony rails or a wall, freeing up floor space on small patios and poolside areas. It suits homeowners who want shade without a heavy base taking up room on the deck. The powder-coated steel construction resists rust in outdoor conditions.

Check railing thickness

Verify that your railing or wall can accept screw fixing and that the umbrella pole measures between 1 1/4" and 2 5/16" in diameter. The kit includes three plastic sleeves to adapt within this range, but poles outside it will not fit securely. Ensure you have suitable screws for the mounting surface.

Powder-coated steel handles sun and rain

The black powder-coated steel brackets withstand normal outdoor exposure without rusting, and the fixed metal design has no moving parts that generate noise. Power draw is not applicable for this passive mounting hardware. The upper bracket measures 7.4 x 10.5 x 10 cm and the lower bracket 7.6 x 10.5 x 11.5 cm.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and do I need to buy mounting screws separately?

The package includes two powder-coated steel brackets and a set of plastic sleeves for poles from 1 1/4" to 2 5/16". Mounting screws for the railing or wall are not included.

Which bracket version should I choose for a 2-inch pole?

The single model fits poles up to 2 5/16" using the supplied sleeves, so a 2-inch pole is covered without any extra parts.

How much railing width do the 7.4 cm and 7.6 cm deep brackets actually need?

The upper bracket projects 7.4 cm and the lower 7.6 cm from the mounting surface, so allow at least that much clear depth on your railing or wall.
