30-pack angle beveled washers

These 30-degree angle beveled washers are designed for 1/8" or 3/16" cable railing systems on stairs and sloped decks. They pair with invisible receivers and swage stud ends to create clean, professional installations on wood or metal posts. The 30-pack kit streamlines material procurement for single-side railing projects. Suitable for installers who need consistent alignment across multiple stair runs.

T316 marine-grade stainless steel

Crafted from T316 marine-grade stainless steel, the washers deliver exceptional strength and corrosion resistance for coastal and saltwater exposure. They provide a proper flat surface for cable alignment when used with adjustable receivers on angled surfaces. The material ensures the railing system remains secure and pristine through year-round outdoor conditions. Not suited for projects requiring different alloys or non-stainless hardware.

Weatherproof outdoor durability

The stainless steel construction withstands weather and saltwater without degrading, maintaining structural integrity in normal exterior use. No moving parts or finishes are present that could wear, generate noise, or draw power during service. Installation requires a hydraulic swaging tool sold separately for swage stud ends. Buyers needing integrated tools or powered components should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the 30-degree bevel sit flat on my existing 1/8" cable railing posts?

The 30-degree angle beveled washers are precision-engineered for 1/8" or 3/16" cable railing systems and pair with adjustable receivers to provide a flat surface for proper cable alignment on stairs and sloped surfaces.

How can I confirm the washers are installed correctly on the staircase?

Correct installation shows each washer seated flush against the adjustable receiver with the cable running straight through the beveled hole at a consistent 30-degree angle across all stair posts.

Does the 30-pack include the hydraulic swaging tool or receiver fittings?

The pack contains 30 angle beveled washers only; the hydraulic swaging tool and adjustable receivers (model YES0598) are sold separately.
