Single-Hole Vessel Faucet for Modern Bathrooms

This brushed dark grey faucet suits above-mount basins in residential and commercial settings. The 8 1/2 inch high spout leaves ample clearance for handwashing. Clean lines and rounded edges give an industrial look that fits hotels, restaurants and public washrooms.

Upgrading from a Standard Low-Spout Mixer

The taller spout solves the cramped space above vessel sinks that shorter taps create. A ceramic valve rated for 500000 cycles replaces older rubber-seal cartridges that wear faster. The multi-layer finish passes a 48-hour salt spray test for better corrosion resistance than basic chrome plating.

Check Basin Height and Supply Connections Before

Verify the sink deck has a single 1 3/8 inch mounting hole for the hexagonal nut. Confirm 3/8 inch hot and cold supply lines match the included hoses. Ensure the low-lead brass construction meets local plumbing codes where cUPC and NSF certification are required.

Questions about this item

What hole size and hose connections does the single-hole faucet require?

The faucet is designed for a single mounting hole and includes 3/8-inch cold and hot water hoses for direct connection to supply lines.

How does the hexagonal nut simplify installation, and what step is often missed?

The hexagonal nut allows tool-free tightening from above the deck; the step often missed is fully seating the supplied rubber gasket before securing the nut to prevent leaks.

When should the aerator be cleaned or replaced to maintain flow?

Clean the aerator whenever flow becomes uneven; the ceramic valve is rated for 500,000 cycles, so the aerator is the only part needing periodic attention.
