Seam tape for artificial turf

Yescom USA, Inc. supplies a three-pack of green joining tape designed to bond synthetic grass edges. Each roll measures 6 inches wide and 33 feet long, giving installers enough length for multiple seams in residential or commercial projects. The tear-resistant PVC backing resists breakage during handling and long-term use.

Centre split liner speeds alignment

A precision centre split on the release liner lets you peel back half, position the first turf piece, then remove the remaining liner and press the second piece into place. This three-step method reduces installation time and helps keep seams straight without specialised tools. The adhesive formulation delivers high peel strength for a permanent bond.

Check surface and climate suitability

Verify that the sub-base is clean, dry and structurally stable before applying the tape. Confirm the adhesive is rated for the expected temperature range and moisture exposure in your installation area. Buyers needing wider rolls or different adhesive chemistry should look for alternative products.

Questions about this item

Will the PVC backing on the 6-inch tape need replacement after heavy sled drags?

The tear-resistant PVC backing is engineered not to break easily and the permanent bond formulation prevents seams from lifting or separating under heavy foot traffic and sled drags.

What fails first on a 33-foot roll when used daily in a commercial gym?

The tape is formulated for exceptional peel strength and a permanent bond designed to withstand heavy foot traffic and sled drags without seams lifting or curling.

Does the adhesive soften or off-gas when the turf gets hot in direct sun all day?

The tape is built for extreme weather conditions and luxury pool surrounds, with a permanent bond that prevents seams from separating despite heat and heavy use.
