2-in-1 4K HDMI KVM Switch

This YINGHUA KVM switch lets two computers share one 4K display, keyboard and mouse through HDMI and USB connections. It is built for office desks, server rooms or monitoring stations where a single operator manages two PCs. An external push-button controller and a front-panel button both change the active host. No software or drivers are required for basic operation.

Sustained 30 Hz 4K output

The unit passes a 4K × 2K signal at 30 Hz continuously, with adaptive EDID and HDCP handling to keep the picture stable during long sessions. All-metal shielding reduces electromagnetic interference that can corrupt video or USB data over time. The internal processor maintains consistent frame delivery without the drop-outs seen on unshielded plastic switches.

Plug-and-play with external controller

Connect each PC with one HDMI cable and one USB cable, then attach the shared monitor, keyboard and mouse to the output ports; the switch powers from the host USB ports so no separate adapter is needed. Switching is instant via the wired remote button or the front panel. The only common issue is forgetting to connect both USB cables, which leaves the keyboard and mouse inactive on the unselected PC.

Questions about this item

Does the external controller let me swap between two PCs without fan noise or extra heat on my desk?

The all-metal shell acts as a passive heatsink so the unit runs silently and stays cool even when left on all day.

What cables must I already have to connect two computers to one monitor with this KVM?

You need two HDMI cables for video and two USB-A cables for keyboard and mouse from each PC to the switch.

Will a 1080p monitor work with the 4K 30Hz output from this switch?

Yes, adaptive EDID negotiates the best resolution the display supports, so a 1080p screen works normally.
