HDMI IP Extender for 200-metre runs

This KVM switch extends HDMI video and audio up to 200 metres over a single CAT5e or CAT6 cable. It uses H.264 encoding at 8.1M bps and follows the 802.3 Ethernet standard. The system supports point-to-point, point-to-multipoint and cascade connection modes. It is aimed at installers who need to place displays far from the source device.

Check cabling and resolution needs

Verify that your installation can run CAT5e or CAT6 cable between the transmitter and receiver locations. The extender handles 480p, 720p and 1080p resolutions only. Audio is limited to sample rates of 32, 44.1 and 48 kHz. Ensure your source and display operate within these resolution and audio constraints before ordering.

Bundled IR remote and UK power adapters

The package includes an IR remote operating at 38 KHz with NEC protocol for source control from the display side. A UK-plug power adapter is supplied for each unit.
