20 km SC Fibre KVM Extender

This YINGHUA extender pair transmits HDMI video, USB keyboard and mouse signals, and 3.5 mm analogue audio up to 20 kilometres over single-mode SC fibre. It supports 1080p resolution at 60 Hz with HDCP compliance and ships with EU power adapters, a USB-A to USB-B cable and two IR remotes for remote switching control.

Check your fibre and display before ordering

Verify that you have pre-terminated single-mode SC patch cables long enough for the 20 km link and that your source and display both operate at 1080p60 over HDMI. The extender does not carry higher resolutions or refresh rates, so 4K or high-refresh monitors will not work. Ensure a free USB-A port on the host for the included cable and confirm the 3.5 mm audio jack matches your speaker or headset input.

Questions about this item

Does the package include both transmitter and receiver units or must one be purchased separately?

The box contains one transmitter and one receiver, so both ends of the 20 km link are supplied together.

Should I choose the SC fibre model or a different connector type for a 20 km run?

This extender uses SC connectors and is rated for 20 km, matching the distance requirement without needing an alternative connector.
