2×2 4K Video Wall Controller

The YINGHUA 2×2 video wall controller accepts one HDMI or VGA source at up to 4K30 and splits the image across four HDMI displays. It supports eight splicing layouts including 1×3, 3×1, 1×4, 4×1 and automatic 2×2 stitching. The unit also provides a 3.5 mm audio output for external speakers.

Build Integration

Four HDMI cables up to 10 metres AWG24 connect the controller to the displays, while the source cable can run the same length. The included 5 V DC 1 A power adapter operates on 100–240 V AC at 50 or 60 Hz, so no separate voltage step-down is required. A handheld remote (battery not supplied) handles layout switching and the 180° rotation of the top-row screens in 2×2 mode.

Sustained Operation

The controller maintains the selected splice mode continuously without dropping frames at the supported output resolutions of 1080p, 1080i, 720p, 576p, 576i and 480p. Passive cooling and the low 5 V power draw allow uninterrupted operation in installed environments. It does not suit installations that require 4K60 output or more than four display endpoints.
