Questions about this item

Does the L460EBM-00 have any user-replaceable parts such as a fan or fuse?

The L460EBM-00 is a sealed 460 W unit with no user-serviceable components; if the internal fan fails the entire power supply must be replaced.

What limits continuous output when the OptiPlex 7070 MT runs at full load for hours?

The 460 W rating is the hard ceiling; sustained draw at or above that level will trigger over-current protection and shut the unit down.
