4K HDMI KVM Extender over Cat5e/6

This KVM extender transmits 4K video, audio and USB keyboard or mouse signals up to 120 meters using a single Cat5e or Cat6 cable. It replaces fixed-length HDMI leads with standard Ethernet cabling that can be terminated on site. The kit includes transmitter and receiver units with a US plug power supply.

Suitable for remote display and control

Installers and integrators who need to place a display far from the source computer will benefit from the flexible cable runs and on-site termination. Users who require HDMI cable simplicity for short distances, or who need multi-port KVM switching, should consider other solutions.

Handles 4K signals at 120 m distance

The extender comfortably carries 4K*2K video and USB HID data over the full 120 metre link using Cat5e or Cat6. Beyond that distance the signal will degrade, so longer runs need a different approach.

Confirm the display shows a stable 4K image from the source and that keyboard and mouse inputs respond normally at the receiver location.
