YINGHUA 4K HDMI KVM Extender 120M

The YINGHUA 4K HDMI KVM Extender transmits 4K video, audio, keyboard and mouse signals over a single CAT5e or CAT6 cable up to 120 metres. It includes a transmitter and receiver pair with an AU power plug. The extender replaces fixed-length HDMI cables with flexible Ethernet cabling for simpler installation.

Suits installers needing long-distance 4K KVM

Buyers who need longer reach than 120 metres or who require fibre-based transmission should consider other solutions. Users without access to CAT5e or CAT6 infrastructure cannot use this extender. It is not designed for wireless or direct HDMI connection.

Maximum range 120 metres over CAT5e/6

The 120-metre limit over CAT5e or CAT6 cable is the key specification that determines whether this extender fits the installation. Exceeding this distance will degrade the 4K signal. Verify the cable run length before purchase.

Questions about this item

What cable type is required to link the transmitter and receiver units over the full 120 m distance?

A single CAT-5e or CAT-6 ethernet cable is used between the transmitter and receiver to carry video, audio and USB signals up to 120 m.

Will my existing USB keyboard and mouse work through the extender without extra drivers?

Yes, the USB HID channel passes standard keyboard and mouse signals transparently, so most wired or wireless USB input devices work immediately.

How can I confirm the 4K video signal is reaching the display correctly after installation?

Check that the display reports a 4K resolution and that on-screen motion is smooth with no sparkles or drop-outs; the link LED on each unit should stay solid.
