5-piece 10×42×90 mm carbide set

This set contains five two-flute up-and-down cut spiral carbide end mills measuring 10 mm in diameter with a 42 mm cutting length and 90 mm overall length. The cutters are made from tungsten steel and are designed for compression milling in wood, plywood, density board, solid wood and particleboard. Each cutter is individually packaged.

CNC operators cutting wood and composites

The up-and-down flute geometry gives clean edges on both faces of the workpiece, making these bits suitable for CNC routing of wood-based panels and PVC. They are not intended for metal, stone or glass, and the supplier specifies that the bladed product must not be used by anyone under 18 years of age. Buyers needing cutters for ferrous or non-ferrous metals should look elsewhere.

Five cutters for medium-depth profiling

With a 42 mm flute length the tools handle grooves, dados and through-cuts up to that depth in a single pass. The 90 mm overall length fits standard ER collets and tool holders found on many hobby and light-industrial CNC routers. For deeper pockets or heavier stock removal in a single pass, longer-flute or larger-diameter tooling would be required.
