Five-Piece DLC-Coated Carbide Cutter Set

This set supplies five 3.175 mm diameter spiral end mills with a diamond-like carbon coating and two up-and-down flutes. They are intended for CNC operators and woodworking shops that need compression-style cutters for clean edges on both faces of the workpiece. Tungsten Steel Substrate

The tungsten steel body provides the rigidity needed for solid wood, plywood, density board and particleboard. The 17 mm flute length gives adequate chip clearance for shallow pockets and through-cuts, while the 38 mm overall length fits standard collets. Very deep mortises or heavy metal removal will exceed the available flute capacity.

Individually Packaged Cutters For Direct Machine

Each cutter is supplied in its own independent package, so tools stay protected and can be loaded straight into the spindle without extra handling. The DLC coating reduces adhesive wear on abrasive composites and extends intervals between changes. No software, collets or additional hardware are included in the pack.
