Five-piece carbide milling set

This set contains five 6 mm by 32 mm two-flute spiral carbide cutters with a diamond-like carbon coating. They are designed for CNC router compression cuts in wood, plywood, density board, solid wood and particleboard. The tungsten steel construction provides hardness for clean edges in sheet goods.

DLC coating and compression geometry

The diamond-like carbon surface reduces friction and resists adhesive wear when cutting resinous or laminated panels. Up-cut and down-cut flutes combine to shear fibres in both directions, preventing tear-out on the top and bottom faces of the workpiece. This eliminates the need for separate roughing and finishing passes.

Straight shank fits standard collets

The plain shank seats directly in common ER or collet chucks without adapters. Run-out stays low when the collet is tightened evenly and the tool is balanced before use. The cutters are unsuitable for hand-held drills and must not be used by anyone under 18 years old. Industrial cutting only.
