YINGHUA carbide end mill set

This set contains five two-flute carbide end mills with 6 mm shanks, 22 mm flute length and 50 mm overall length. The up-and-down spiral geometry provides compression cutting action that reduces tear-out on both faces of the workpiece. They are intended for CNC routing of wood, plywood, density board, solid wood and particleboard.

Installation and common issues

The bits fit standard 6 mm collets and install like any straight-shank router bit. Because the flutes cut in opposite directions, feed rate and spindle speed must be balanced to prevent overheating or chip welding. Running too slowly or plunging too deep in a single pass often causes vibration and premature edge wear.
