60M HDMI Extender Over Ethernet Cat5e/6

This HDMI network extender transmits a 1080p signal up to 60 metres using qualified Cat5e or Cat6 cabling. It overcomes standard HDMI distance limits to provide stable video and audio extension for PC, PS4, DVR and HDTV setups. The unit is powered via an included USB cable for convenient installation.

Thermals Noise And Power Draw

The extender operates without active cooling fans, resulting in silent performance during normal use. Power is supplied through a standard USB connection, drawing minimal current from the host device or a USB power adapter. This low power design generates negligible heat, allowing discreet placement near displays or source equipment.

Questions about this item

How do I connect the transmitter and receiver units for a 60 m run using Cat6 cable?

Link the transmitter HDMI input to the source and the receiver HDMI output to the display, then run a single Cat6 cable between the RJ45 ports; the 60 m limit applies only when Cat6 or better is used.

Will the USB power cable need replacing if it frays after extended use?

The extender is powered through a standard USB cable, so any compatible USB power lead can be swapped in without proprietary parts.
