Six-input HDMI multi-viewer

The YINGHUA 6x1 HDMI KVM Multi Viewer accepts six HDMI sources and combines them on a single display with flexible screen segmentation. Operators can switch between inputs seamlessly using front-panel buttons, RS-232 commands or the included IR remote. USB keyboard and mouse pass-through lets one workstation control all connected sources. Touch-screen overlay is also supported for interactive installations.

Layout capacity and headroom

Up to six 1080p signals can be shown simultaneously in picture-in-picture, picture-by-picture, quad or full-screen arrangements. Each window can be moved, resized or rotated 180 degrees directly with the mouse. The processor handles synchronous switching without visible frame drops, but only one HDMI output is provided so a second display requires an external splitter. Audio follows the active window and can be muted per segment.

HDMI interface practical limits

The single HDMI output carries the combined layout at the resolution of the connected display, so total bandwidth is constrained by that link. RS-232 control uses a standard DB-9 port at 232 baud for automation systems. No network port or wireless control is built in, limiting remote management to serial or IR line-of-sight. Buyers needing IP-based KVM or more than one simultaneous output should consider a matrix switcher instead.
