Compression cutter for wood and PVC

The YINGHUA carbide mill cutter uses an up-and-down spiral flute design to compress material from both faces during a single pass. This geometry reduces tear-out on the top and bottom surfaces of wood, plywood, density board and particleboard. The tool is intended for CNC routing rather than handheld drilling, and the package contains a single 6X12X50MM cutter.

Tungsten steel holds an edge in long runs

Tungsten steel construction resists the abrasion that dulls standard steel when cutting composite boards for hours at a time. The two-flute layout evacuates chips efficiently while the opposing helix angles keep the workpiece clamped flat, so dimensional accuracy does not drift as the spindle warms up.
