Power supply for access control
The YINGHUA unit delivers a stabilised 12 V DC output at up to 3 A. It is designed to drive electric locks, access controllers, exit push buttons and RFID readers in a single installation. The built-in delay circuit allows the lock release time to be set between 0 and 15 seconds.
Check your wiring and voltage needs
Verify that the lock and controller operate on 12 V DC and draw no more than 3 A combined. The supply accepts AC input from 110 V to 240 V, so confirm your mains voltage falls in that range. Ensure you can provide NC or NO wiring as required by your lock type.
Thermal and power behaviour
Automatic protection disconnects the output if a short circuit occurs, limiting heat build-up during faults. In normal use the unit runs without audible fan noise because no active cooling is fitted. Power draw from the mains will vary with the connected load up to the rated 3 A output.

Questions about this item
Does the box contain only the power supply unit or are cables and mounting hardware included?
The package includes one access control power supply unit. No cables, connectors or mounting hardware are listed as included.
Should I choose the 3 A or the 5 A version for a door system drawing up to 3 A?
The unit provides a stabilised 12 V DC output rated at 3 A. The 5 A label refers to the model designation, not a higher continuous output.
What does the 15-second delay actually do when the unit is powered in a real installation?
An internal delay circuit holds the lock output for 0 to 15 seconds after activation, giving adjustable hold-open time before the lock re-engages.
