YINGHUA Cap Station for 1390 1400 1800 UV DTF

This replacement cap station is designed for UV DTF printers using the 1390 1400 and 1800 model numbers. It serves as the waste ink pad sponge pump cleaning unit and parking lot for the printhead. The part helps maintain the ink delivery system during routine operation and downtime.

Thermals noise and power draw in normal use

The component has no active cooling or moving parts so it produces no audible noise and draws no electrical power. It operates passively within the printer's existing thermal environment. Heat dissipation is handled entirely by the host printer chassis.

Questions about this item

How do I install the cap station on my 1390 UV DTF printer and which alignment step is often missed?

Remove the old unit, connect the waste ink tube to the pump inlet, seat the station onto the carriage frame, then lock the retaining lever; the step most people skip is verifying the sponge sits flush against the print head nozzles before tightening.

What maintenance will the waste ink pad sponge and pump need over time?

The sponge absorbs waste ink during cleaning cycles and will saturate; replace it when ink no longer wicks away or the printer reports a pad counter error, and inspect the pump diaphragm for loss of suction every few months.
