CPU heatsink designed for PowerEdge T630 servers, part 0RMVM3 RMVM3
This new YINGHUA heatsink is built specifically for the Dell PowerEdge T630 server using part numbers 0RMVM3 and RMVM3. It provides the direct thermal interface required for the server's processor socket. System administrators use it to replace a damaged cooler or during a planned maintenance cycle.
This cooler fits the T630 chassis and mounting pattern exclusively; it will not install in other Dell servers, workstations or third-party systems. Buyers needing a heatsink for a different PowerEdge model or a standard desktop socket should look elsewhere.
Measured against everything we stock in Server & Hot-Plug PSUs, at today’s prices. Recalculated every night.

No published specifications for this item yet.
The heatsink is a passive cooler with no fan, so it adds no audible noise and only transfers CPU heat into the server's existing airflow path.
A Dell PowerEdge T630 system board with the correct CPU socket and mounting holes for part 0RMVM3 RMVM3.
