Replacement Ear Pads for David Clark H10 Series

These leather-and-sponge ear cushions are built as direct replacements for David Clark H10 aviation headsets. They arrive as a pair of black pads measuring 105 by 83 millimetres. The design targets pilots and headset owners who need to refresh worn or damaged original cushions.

Passive Noise Reduction and Comfort

The leather covering and soft sponge foam combine to seal around the ear and reduce ambient noise without active electronics. The materials are chosen for durability during long flights and extended gaming sessions. No power or signal connection is required for the pads to function.

Fit Limited to Compatible Headset Models

These pads are sized specifically for the David Clark H10 series and similar headphones with matching cup dimensions. Buyers whose headsets use a different mounting style or cup diameter will not be able to install them.

Questions about this item

How do I install these ear pads on my David Clark H10 headset and what step do people often miss?

Stretch the leather-and-sponge pads over the 105 mm outer diameter cups, ensuring the inner 83 mm opening seats fully around the driver housing; the step often missed is confirming the inner lip clicks into the groove all the way around.

What maintenance or replacement will these pads need over time?

The leather surface and sponge filling compress with daily use; plan to replace the pair when the 105 mm cushions no longer seal against the head or the leather shows cracking.

What limit appears first during long flights or gaming sessions?

Heat builds up behind the leather cover after extended wear, reducing comfort before the sponge loses its 3.2 inch thickness or the 4.1 inch diameter deforms.
