Cools HP ProLiant DL380, DL380P and DL388 Gen9 servers using part numbers 796850-001, 777285-001 or 747597-001
This fan assembly module is designed for HP ProLiant DL380, DL380P and DL388 Gen9 servers. It replaces part numbers 796850-001, 777285-001 and 747597-001. The unit is supplied new and ready for installation in compatible chassis.
The module uses the server's native mounting points and power connector so no adapter cables or bracket modifications are required. Swapping the assembly restores the cooling performance specified for the Gen9 platform. Servers needing redundant fan trays or different form factors will not be compatible with this part.
