HDMI 1.4 Extender Over Cat 5e/6

This HDMI 1.4 extender transmits 1080p video and uncompressed audio up to 60 m using a single Cat 5e or Cat 6 cable. It replaces a long HDMI run with standard network cabling for simpler installation. The unit supports HDCP 1.2 and 3D formats for compatible source devices.

60 m Reach With Standard Network Cable

The transmitter and receiver link over Cat 5e or Cat 6 up to 60 m with no signal loss. Resolutions up to 1080p at 60 fps pass through, including 1080i, 720p, 576p, 576i, 480p and 480i. Audio formats such as LPCM, DTS-HD, Dolby TrueHD and DSD are carried alongside video.

HDCP 1.2 Limits Protected Content Playback

HDCP 1.2 support allows playback of protected 1080p streams but blocks newer 4K or HDR content that requires HDCP 2.2. Buyers needing 4K60, HDR or HDCP 2.2 compliance should choose a different extender. The device operates from -15 to +70 °C with a DC 5 V 1 A adapter.

How can I confirm the link is active after connecting transmitter and receiver?
